Update at 9:00 am: Due to a major hardware failure, the university's email service is still unavailable for approximately 25% of the university community. Group accounts may also be affected. IT is working hard to resolve the issue, but a resolution isn't expected until Monday, September 30. IT understands that this failure has a major impact on the day to day operations of the university, and we are devising strategies to mitigate the impact.
If you're expecting critical emails delivered to your affected email account, we suggest contacting potential senders to make alternative arrangements. Your incoming email will NOT be lost, and will be accessible when service is restored.
